GOLDAS R&D, with its highly qualified personnel and state of the art machinery, has grown rapidly since it was founded with the objective of responding to market and customer demands with fast and high quality solutions. Over 60,000 products, under various brands such as Chip GOLD and Silver D'sign, are offered to customers in domestic and international GOLDAS stores.

Prototype Manufacturing

Prototype Manufacturing Laboratory within the GOLDAŞ R&D is equipped with machinery and tools which are used to manufacture 3D prototypes of new products, using metal, plastic and wax based materials and to perform functional and ergonomical tests. This way, any faults that are likely to be encountered in production are identified and corrected prior to master model production.

CAD/CAM Systems

CAD/CAM facilities within the GOLDAŞ R&D have all the hardware and software necessary, such as advanced milling machines, to design and manufacture even the most sensitive moulds rapidly and precisely.

Laboratories

GOLDAS R&D Laboratories are utilized in both quality control of mass production and research and development of new materials. All kinds of chemical analyses, such as colour and carat tests, can be made in these laboratories with high precision. Tests are made to analyse erosion and corrosion effects due to wear and tear and results are used in new material development.
