Adaptation to legal legislation work related to environment has been started.

Purpose;

  • With every passing day we realize that resources are not endless and the impact of the products and activities on the environment is not local but has become global.
  • This consciousness brought the need to control the environmental impacts by market forces, rather than legal implementations.
  • It is targeted to decrease the harm done to the environment by the business organizations systematically or eliminate them if possible.
  • By aiming to decrease the use of natural resources, and reducing the harm done to the earth, water and air to a minimum, a management established based on the risk analysis is targeted.

Practice;

  • Top management has decided the works to be initiated on ISO 14001.
  • The Legal Legislation to be complied with has been determined.
  • Quality Assurance Department continues contacting and interviewing companies on both the training to be given and also the consulting support.

ISO 9001:2000 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Purpose;

  • To provide for the development of quality understanding in the organization.
  • To realize the increase of profit, productivity and Market Share.
  • To adopt an effective management.
  • To provide for the decrease of cost.
  • To increase the satisfaction of the employees.
  • To provide for the betterment of the communication within the organization.
  • To establish wide follow-up and control in all activities,
  • To provide for the reduction of returns,
  • To realize the reduction of customer complaints, and the increase of customer satisfaction,
  • This system is implemented due to the reason that it is a management system that is possible to implement both on the national and international level.

Practice;

  • Being Customer Oriented: Organizations are committed to their customers, therefore they should understand the current and future needs of the customer, should comply with the customer conditions, and be willing to exceed the customer expectations. Goldas is aiming to reach its customers by means of ways such as visits, questionnaires, telephone calls, e-mails and determine their needs and expectations.
  • Leadership: Leaders ensure the integrity of the purpose and the administration of the organization.  Leaders should form an internal environment where people fully participate in the achievement of the targets of their organizations and maintain it.
  • Participation of people: People in every level are the core of an organization and the full participation of those provide for the use of their skills for the benefit of the organization.  Brain storming, Kaizen meetings, Blue Flag implementations; people’s participation with proposal system is targeted.
  • Process Approach:   When the activities and related resources are managed as a process the desired results are achieved in a more effective way.  The main, supportive and management processes of Goldas are determined and publicized on Intranet so as to be able to be accessible for everyone.
  • System Approach in Management:  Definition, understanding and management of processes that are related to each other as a system, contribute to the effectiveness and productivity of the organization in achieving its objectives.  Being committed to this aim, the input-output-resource relationship and interactivity of the processes have been determined.
  • Continuous Improving:  Continuous improving of the total performance should be the permanent objective of the organization.  Targets are determined and measured with the aim of improving the processes continuously.  In order to succeed in achieving the targets which have not been met, Action Plans for Improving are prepared.
  • Realistic Approach in Decision Making:  Effective decisions are based on the analysis of data and information. In order to evaluate the Level of Quality, Customer Returns, Customer Satisfaction, Internal Customer Satisfaction, Processes, the Suppliers, analysis are performed by collecting data periodically.
  • Supplier Relationships based on Mutual Benefit:  An organization and its suppliers are independent of each other and mutual benefit relationship, supports the positive value creating skills of both parties.  By measuring the performance of the suppliers we work with, the decision to maintain the relation with the supplier is given according to the results of the evaluation done regarding criteria consisting of quality, amount and delivery terms.
