Mr. Hasan Yalinkaya

Born in Denizli in 1950, Mr. Hasan Yalinkaya gradutaed from Galatasaray High School and Mechanical Engineering department of Bogazici University. He started his professional carrier in his family enterprises in the construction and textile business in 1976. He established his first enterprise in the jewelry industry with his brother in Britain in 1992. The purpose of the enterprise was to intermediate the jewelry trade with Turkey. Then, in 1993, he established Goldas Jewelry, which is the flagship of the Yalinkaya Group of companies, with his partner Sedat Yalinkaya. He serves as the Chairman of Goldas Jewelry. He is married with 2 children.

Mr. Hasan Yalinkaya, who is a member of DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board), TAIK (Turkish – American Business Council), TKYD (Corporate Governance Association of Turkey), Koteder (Association of Executives of Listed Partnerships), TUSIAD (Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association), British Chamber of Commerce, Fellowship of Galatasaray High School Graduates, Fellowship of Bogazici University Graduates, Kalder (Quality Association), Denbir (Association of Fellows of Denizli) and Basiad (Balikesir Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association), is married and has 2 children.

Mr. Sedat Yalinkaya

Mr. Sedat Yalinkaya, born in Istanbul, in 1957, graduated from Kultur College and Electronics department of Bogazici University. Starting his carrier in 1976 in his family enterprises in the construction and textile business, he became the partner in the jewelry industry in Britain in 1992. In 1993, he became one of the two partners of Goldas along with his brother Mr. Hasan Yalinkaya. With his management of retailing, sales and production activities, Goldas has become an international group. He serves as the CEO of Goldas Jewelry. He is married with 3 children.

Mr. M. Sedat Yalinkaya, who is an honorary member of TUGIAD (Young Businessmen Association of Turkey) is also a member of TUSIAD (Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association), TKYD (Corporate Governance Association of Turkey), British Chamber of Commerce, KOTEDER (Association of Executives of Listed Partnerships), BUMED (Fellowship of Bogazici University Graduates), KUMED (Kultur College Alumni Association), AMPD (Turkish Council of Shopping Centers and Retailers), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), KALDER (Quality Association), DENBIR (Association of Fellows of Denizli) and BASIAD (Babadag Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association), FIADER (Florya Businessmen’s Association), Association of Cuisine Fellows and Explorers’ Club.

Mr. Husnu Naci Bozkurt

Born in 1952 in Kastamonu, Mr. Husnu Naci Bozkurt was graduated from Mechanical Engineering department of Istanbul Technical University. Starting his career as a Supervisor at Bozkurt Elektrik, he worked as External Workshops Director at Alarko San. Tic. A.S., Projects and Technical Contracts Manager at Kale Kalipi Makine San. A.S., Procurement Manager at Set group Anadolu Cimento T.A.S., Managing Partner at SN Teknik Mak. Ltd. He started working at Technical Manager at Goldas Jewelry in 1999 and was promoted to the Operations department as a Manager. Mr. Bozkurt is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Goldas since 2005 and also working as a Manager of the Investments and New Technologies department of the Company.

Mr. Ahmet Ali Çelik

Non-Executive Board Member

He was born in 1959 in Egirdir. After he was gradutaed from Egirdir Lycee and Business Administration faculty of the Marmara University he started his carrier at Saner Dis Ticaret in 1984. He has persued his own textile manufacturing and exporting business in 1998. He is married with two children.

Mr. Mustafa Aykut Akkor

Non-Executive Board Member

He was born in 1964 in Istanbul. He was gradutaed from Saint Michel and Istanbul Technical University, Industrial Engineering department. He began his carrrier in 1986 as a Planning Engineer at Marshall Boya and Tekfen Insaat A.S., respectively. Then he worked as the Exports Manager at Enka Holding / Pimas A.S. Thenafter he became GM of Princess Corecom A.S. and General Coordinator of Polo Giyim San. A.S. Mr. Akkor is responsible from Procurement Division since September 2006 and has been promoted to the Member of the Board of Directors as of 2007. He is married with two children.

Mr. Mustafa Sezai Hamamcı

Non-Executive Board Member

Born in 1953 in Afyon, Mr. Hamamci was gradutaed from Afyon Lycee and Bogazici University in 1976. Starting his carreer as the Sales Supervisor at Sezginler Gida in 1983, he was promoted to the Sales Manager position during 1989-1994. He became Sales Director during 1994-1998 and was promoted to the Member of the Board of Directors during 1998-2001. He also served as the Member of the Board of Directors at TNT during 2001-2007. Mr. Hamamci is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Goldas Jewelry since 2006.

Mr. Yavuz Yagci

Executive Board Member

Mr. Yavuz Yağcı, born in Kars in 1964, graduated from the Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University. After joining Goldas in 1996 he worked as the Manager of the Foundry Division and later respectively as the head of Quality Management and Project Management Divisions. He is currently the head of R&D Department. Mr. Yavuz Yağcı has started to serve as a member of the Goldas Board of Directors in 2009.
